Therapy
Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment techniques, clients can learn skills to cope with many of life’s various obstacles. Each of our therapists offer sessions designed to dissect personal issues and provide clients with effective tools to help them cope. We offer bespoke treatment packages to support children, adolescents, adults and families.
The main therapeutic approaches offered are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), including trauma focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness based approaches, systemic and psychodynamic approaches, Behavioural approaches, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
Our aim is to provide a local service which is compassionate and professional. We are centrally located in Belfast, just off Malone Road, on Wellington Park in comfortable office spaces. All our therapists offer flexible session times, including evening and weekend appointments to make it easier to book an appointment at a time that suits you.
